I’ll keep this as simple as possible!

You retain ownership of your photos
The 4am Project may feature your photographs on it’s blog, will credit with your name and will link to your flickr account
The 4am Project may occasionally use your photographs solely for promotional purposes such as press releases and will endeavour to seek your permission
You cannot represent or act on behalf of the 4am Project in any way
You may organise your own 4am Project walks in your towns/cities (it’s encouraged!) but you cannot sell tickets for events or profit from the 4am Project in any way. Always credit the 4am Project by linking to http://www.4amproject.org
