Rhythmzslave is from the USA, and was having a holiday in Europe. This photo was taken in Paris, France.
 
It makes me think about how different we can feel when we are away from home and have a change of scene. We relax and loose some of our inhibitions. I love the idea of going to Paris just to dance (and take photos of course!) at 4am.
