Pear Galettes</p>
<p>Ingredients used: red Anjou pears, sugar, butter, almonds, eggs, almond extract, salt, wheat flour, flour &amp; water&#8221;</p>
<p>The first 4am recipe! Don&#8217;t they look delicious? Even though it was 4am, you can see Ann took care when slicing the pears, keeping the stalks intact. These desserts could be perfect at any hour of the day.</p>

<div class="mceTemp">When you wake up in the wee small hours, what do you do? Do you lie there counting sheep and watching the minutes on the clock tick by? Maybe you put the tv, or like Roman, read a book. Do you raid the fridge and tuck into something tasty? Perhaps you grab your camera and take a picture!</div>
