Friday 19th October 2012
And we are back for our second event of 2012!
You are invited to take part in the 4am Project on Sunday 25th November at 4am and capture of view of your world!
What’s the 4am Project about?
It’s about photography! And community and global collaboration, doing something different, taking on a photography challenge and of course experiencing the beauty of 4am which is a wonderful and contrasting time of day!
Who takes part?
The 4am Project is open to anyone, anywhere to take part. All you need is a camera. Since it’s launch in 2009 photographers in 50 countries have taken part and showcased over 6000 photographs of their view of the world at 4am.
How to take part?
Everywhere! We want to see your unique view of the world and build a global photography of the magical time of 4am.
As a very special event, I’ll be hosting at 4am Project photo walk in Nottingham city centre!
I have teamed up with Lakeside Arts Centre and their amazing Saturday Night Sunday Morning exhibition and I’m inviting photographers in and around Nottingham to join me in experiencing and capturing the city centre at 4am!
We will be meeting outside the Council House in the Old Market Square. Places are limited and you can reserve your place on Eventbrite.
This is a great opportunity to get together with friends and local photographers and flex your photography skills in unison!
If you are organising an event for your area, let me know and I’ll give a shout out on twitter and Facebook.
Obviously take care when you are going out, and remember that you are taking part in the project at your own risk. If you are going out on your own tell friends/family where you are going and what time you will be home.
Have fun! If you have any questions please get in touch.
