Pear Galettes
Ingredients used: red Anjou pears, sugar, butter, almonds, eggs, almond extract, salt, wheat flour, flour & water”
The first 4am recipe! Don’t they look delicious? Even though it was 4am, you can see Ann took care when slicing the pears, keeping the stalks intact. These desserts could be perfect at any hour of the day.
What would your perfect 4am food be?



My perfect 4am food would be a bacon sandwich: crispy bacon, thick white doorstop bread, thin layer of butter and lashings of Heinz tomato ketchup, washed down with a nice cup of tea, milk no sugar
Mmm, I could go for that a 4am too. Especially on those cold, dark winter nights
