Larry says: Larch Mountain Road at 4am looking east. 30 degrees – dead calm. Moonlit. 
 
I’ve never seen such a starry night. Have you? It looks so fresh, clean and crisp. No intrusion of man-made light. Just the reflection of the snow and the stars shinning bright. Look at how many wishes you could make on those stars! :)

    This is an incredible photograph.

    Would you look at the majesty and wonder of the world and the universe! Those stars may have winked out of existence but we won’t know for a few thousand years.

    What a glorious gift 4am seems to be to people. Thanks for awakening us to its potential.

    It just makes you want to be there and experience it for yourself doesn’t it?

    I don’t think I’ve ever seen a sky like it.
